OOTD: Never Too Old To Play Dress Up!

Hello Pumpkins,

We are one day away from Friday. YAY!!! I actually have no homework tonight because I worked ahead and now I'm FREE!!!!! YAY!!!! Anywho, I wore this number today to class and I LOVED this fit. This tunic belonged to my mom and it is SOOOOOOOOO gorgeous. This is one of the items that I stole from her closet, but she hasn't worn it in like 10 years so I know it was happy to see the light of day again. You know a lot of girls talk about playing dress up in their mother's clothes when they were younger? For some reason, I never did that. I was too busy playing house with my cooking toys I guess LOL. Well, it's never too late to be a kid again so now, I'm finally playing dress up. Shout out to my mom for being a fashionable diva and sewing this beautiful tunic. YES SHE MADE IT. You are one fly chic mom!!

SIDE NOTE: I originally intended to wear the tunic with just tights, but when I put it on today.. my butt was WAY out. YES HUNNY!!! I would have stopped traffic if I even attempted to leave my apartment without some butt covering. However, I WILL wear these shorts again soon so they can get some real action.

Have yall gotten anything from your mom lately?!?! I wanna know.

Love you guys! Till Next Time.

  1. Cute look. I still can't pull off the oxford look but you pulled it off well. I like the way you paired the brown oxfords with the black tights and shorts. Nice combination.

  10. That color looks great against your skin. The tunic is adorable.
I have been all up and through my moms closet and my latest find was a suede vest with colors that scream black pride. I need some accessories to go with it. I am looking for a leather medallion with a pic of Africa in it. If I don't find that I can always do my moms Nefertiti charm with it.
